FROM “WHAT SHOULD I DO?” TO “DONE.”
Choose your movements. Make your plan. Then take it one set at a time.
01 / FIND YOUR MOVEMENTS
Browse by muscle group and difficulty. Check the equipment and see which muscles a movement works before adding it to your session.
02 / MAKE IT YOURS
Choose your exercises, sets, reps and rest. Pick your training days, or generate a session around selected muscle groups and your available time.
03 / DO THE WORK
Keep your reps and weight right in front of you. Record the work as you go, with the next exercise ready when you are.
04 / BREATHE. 05 / COME BACK.
Take your rest between sets. The countdown keeps your place.
Your activity, streak and completed workouts, together in your log.

GOOD TO KNOW
Choose OnlyBody for bodyweight-focused workouts. Choose OnlyWeights for gym sessions with free weights, cables and machines. You can use both; each app keeps its own routines and history.
Workout planning, recording sets and viewing saved history work on your device. YouTube demonstrations and external links need an internet connection.
Many exercises use no equipment. Some variations need a bar, support or other equipment. Each exercise lists what it requires.
Both apps are coming soon for iPhone with iOS 26 or later. App Store links will appear here at launch.
The current apps have no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Launch pricing will be shown on the App Store.
